A bit of rebranding…

Each day, we get closer to realizing our goal. Just a bit longer and our drinks will take their rightful places in supermarkets and online stores!

In the meantime, the American legal system is putting us through our paces, testing our know-how with constant demands for changes. We’ve learned a lot from the alcohol regulatory bodies, and as a result, have had to make any and all adjustments they require. Just recently, while trying to get Certificate of label approval we received what we believe to be a questionable notice indicating that for any drink to be considered “whiskey”, it has to be at least 40% alcohol. We adjusted our recipe accordingly, without altering the taste we’ve come to know and love.

Our consultant also told us another weird supposed requirement that the words “white” and “whiskey” have to be on separate lines on our labels…

So, taking all this into consideration, we’ve had a bit of a rebrand. Let’s see what the regulator thinks of all this…
